As a Senior Mortgage Broker at Castle Finance he is responsible for capturing the clients full financial situation as well as maintaining a successful team that is not only fun to work in but a place people enjoy coming to. For Ben, being able to interact with clients and guide them through their journey is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Ben enjoys coaching his son’s football team and watching the Newcastle Knights play live.

Then in workers compensation, Mitchell worked for 3 years, navigating complex regulations and delivering impactful support to stakeholders.In his most recent professional career Mitchell spent 1.5 years in banking, bringing a fresh perspective to financial services with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
