As a Senior Mortgage Broker at Castle Finance he is responsible for capturing the clients full financial situation as well as maintaining a successful team that is not only fun to work in but a place people enjoy coming to. For Ben, being able to interact with clients and guide them through their journey is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Ben enjoys coaching his son’s football team and watching the Newcastle Knights play live.

Originating from Bonny Hills, Tom relocated to Newcastle in 2016 to pursue his studies at university. With a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in accounting and finance under his belt, he gained valuable experience at Service NSW for Business before honing his skills as a graduate accountant at an esteemed firm for 12 months.
